Early-Stage Colon Cancer

Early cancer can develop as non-cancerous polyps and does not show any symptoms. But sometimes it can get diagnosed by screening.

Locally Advanced Colon Cancer

The stage where cancer has expanded into the tissues surrounding the colon or near lymph nodes and has not spread to other organs.

Advanced Colon Cancer

Here, cancer spreads from the colon to different body parts and tissues. It usually spreads to the liver, lungs, and bones.

Symptoms of Advance Colon Cancer

• Jaundice

• Severe headaches

• Cloudy vision

• Fracture in bones

Treatment For Colon Cancer

For early-stage colon cancer surgery includes the removal of polyps by a colonoscopy, endoscopic mucosal resection, and laparoscopic surgery. For advanced stage includes partial colectomy, forming a way for stool passing, and lymph node removal. For after-surgery therapies like chemotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted drug therapy, and immunotherapy either one or in combination for treating colon cancer.
